All Synerponics orders are shipped via Chit Chats. Use the steps below to check your shipment status and get live tracking updates.
How to Track Your Shipment
- Find your confirmation email — check the inbox for the address you used at checkout for an email with the subject "Your order is on its way".
- Locate your tracking number — it appears in the shipping confirmation email and starts with a letter followed by numbers (e.g., T1U4J33R20).
- Click the tracking link — the email includes a direct Chit Chats link. Tap it to see real-time carrier scans, estimated delivery, and current location.
- Or visit Chit Chats directly — enter your tracking number manually at the link below.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and handed to Chit Chats within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned in.
What if my tracking number isn’t working?
- Tracking links activate once Chit Chats scans your parcel — this can take up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation.
- Double-check that you’re entering the full tracking number exactly as it appears in your email.
- If it has been more than 48 hours and there is still no movement, please contact us.
What countries do you ship to?
Synerponics ships across Canada and to select international destinations via Chit Chats’ carrier network. Estimated delivery times and available carriers vary by destination.
